Alopecia areata (AA) is a disease which autoimmune in nature; it causes the hair comes out. There are different ways to loss, some loss only few spots and other lot. A 28yr year male patient reported with complains of on beard area circular form. Case taking was done followed by repertorization using synthesis 9.0 repertory Radar 10.0 Natrium Muriaticum had been given as an individualized homoeopathic medicine.
